Oh Lovely Human! I’m so grateful you’ve stopped by.

Wellness is my passion! Drawn initially to a yoga practice years ago for the physical benefits only, just classes in, I could see how the practice was beginning to weave and shift things in my life. I knew before even completing my 200 Hr Teaching Certification I would be diving into a deeper study of the abundant benefits of Yoga as Therapy. Ive spent the past decade chasing down what it means to live in ABUNDANCE! I desire to help educate and empower others to heal their physical, emotional and mental bodies through this beautiful and healing science; to Restore, and Be Well.

In addition to be a certified Yoga Instructor, Im also facilitator of a Soul Centered Goal Setting Workshops and Retreats as a Licensed Desire Map Facilitator. This is a really powerful method of self inquiry and flips traditional goal setting as we know it upside down. My background and study is in the the Ashtanga lineage of Vinyasa yoga through Awakened Heart Yoga School in Raleigh, NC. I am currently enrolled and continuing to deepen my studies at the IAYT (Int’l Assoc of Yoga Therapists) accredited, Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy school, working towards obtaining the highest level of certification in the field of Yoga Therapy, C-IAYT certification. I am well studied in Yoga’s, sister science, Ayurveda and also in the Divine Healing Intelligence of the Body.

that healthy living is attainable through finding balance in all that we do and that our physical bodies hold the key to accessing and tapping into the power to support us to create the life we want with powerful intention. I ferociously believe in the therapeutic benefits of breath work and meditation and take a holistic approach to science and medicine as well as value a regular yoga asana practice and a plant based diet.
